We were looking for some healthy, non-fast food for our drive up to Orlando after a wedding. The reviews raved of the healthy fair and I was not disappointed. It's rare that ANY place carry a non-dairy creamer for coffee, but when they had both soy and almond milk I knew I found the right place. I ordered an egg white and spinach sandwich. It was on a fresh, homemade roll and cooked perfectly. My daughter had an egg and bacon sandwich which she called "delicious." Not an easy task for a 6 year old. Very pleasant folks running the place in this pretty beach community only 3 miles off I-95. Happy we stopped.

Whenever I visit Flagler I am always certain stop and pay a visit here. The owners are lovely people and serve a delicious latte. Not only that, but they have free wifi for guests. The food is always tasty and when I arrive at just the right time some evenings, they have live music playing on the front porch. What could be better then Kokomo's?!

We loved this little cafe. My mother, sister in law an myself have visited this place a couple times on our visit here. The sangria slush is awesome! The couple that owns this place is super friendly. We just love them. Highly recommend kokomos to anyone looking for friendly service, great drinks and a laid back atmosphere.

After an early morning of racing at Daytona International Speedway (aka Richard Petty Driving Experience) and on the way back through Flagler Beach, we wanted to grab a quick bite. Kokomo's has a 5-star average rating on Yelp which means that they must be good, right? Kokomo's is located on S Central Avenue, which is about a block from the ocean or a stone's throw away from the Flagler Pier. It has that mom n' pop, 'Relax you're at the beach', sort of feel. KC has been in the area for just about 4 years now and serve up some pretty chill sandwiches - both for breakfast and lunch, and salads. It was late morning, so I enjoyed their breakfast sandwich - egg and cheese on a croissant with sausage, spinach and tomato. My brother had 'The Dude' on an everything bagel. All the sandwiches were made to order and were downright tasty. The staff at Kokomo's are personable and down to earth which is so much appreciated, in my opinion. They'll come around the counter to check on you and chat a while or offer you a fresh cup of coffee. You'll feel like family here, so kick back, relax, and take it easy. 5 Yelpy stars for the tasty sandwiches and friendly atmosphere!

It's definitely a great bang for your buck, and the staff is very nice, but if you are looking for a nice sit down breakfast/lunch, go elsewhere. this is more of a fast dining experience where you order at the counter, and they do not have any sides to their meals. However, what they do make is yummy and the atmosphere is very homey. So if you are looking for a quick, yummy, and cheap bite, this is the place to go.

Great little spot right off the beach. Cute deck and good amount of outdoor seating. Boyfriend ordered the Cowabunga and loved it. Think the indoor dining experience could use some beachy flair and use a little updates but other than that- all around amazing. The desserts looked out of this world too!!

We stopped here for lunch while on a short trip from Daytona to Melbourne. Delicious - I had the turkey club panini with provolone and my husband had the club sandwich, and both were perfect. Each sandwich also came with chips and iced tea (they have both sweet and unsweet), so it's a great deal...I can't remember the last time we could have lunch for two for only $16ish. The cashier and the chef both checked on us while we ate and were super friendly too. We didn't try any coffee drinks or deserts, but they looked tasty too. We'll be back next time we're in the area.

Pastrami rocks! Very friendly place, near beach. Also enjoyed the desserts .. Highly recommend

Very warm & carrying owners with excellent selection of sandwiches, desserts and drinks. Commitment to quality of patron's experience is unexpected and refreshing. Thank you for the wonderful lunch prepared freshly to order & taking care to split sandwich for my daughter. Please support this local business. The owners work hard to make sure you enjoy your meal.

Cozy is what this place is. The definition of cozy is "giving a feeling of comfort, warmth, and relaxation". And definitely this is what this place is. For more info, visit their website kokomosflaglerbeach.com . First, what does Kokomo mean? Apart from the fact that is the name of a city in Indiana, Wikipedia explains that it is "a song written...and recorded by The Beach Boys in spring 1988. Its lyrics describe two lovers taking a trip to a relaxing (fictional) island in the Florida Keys called Kokomo." And indeed, this place is a very beachy one, decorated with baby blue colors, marine colors like red for coral reef, and illustrations of marine life like sea turtles. For lunch, I had the chance to appreciate sangria slush, café con leche, turkey club panini, and cowabunga sandwich. As soon as I checked in, I redeemed the offer for free coffee, yohoo! Don't you feel good when you get this benefit? Sangria and coffee were ok, I can't not ask for more with their convenient prices. The turkey sandwich comes with pan-roasted turkey breast, bacon, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato and Kokomo's herb mayo grilled served on a fresh roll for $7.99. The Cowabunga (a yell of exhilaration, mainly used by surfers, an exclamation of delight or satisfaction, Dictionary.Reference.com ) comes with sliced roast beef, ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, fresh greens, red onion, and horseradish sauce served on a baked roll for $9.49. Indeed, lots of stuff in this sandwich. NOTE: if you are not fan or not ready to have a blast of horseradish sauce, order something else or ask to be light on it.

Excellent sandwiches and quiet beachy atmosphere. I had the pastrami on rye. It was one of the best I've had. In the words of one of my kids: this place is a 10 out of 7.

Great little cafe & the people were very sweet! Food was amazing & their sweet tea is to die for! If you come to Flagler you gotta stop here for breakfast!
(5)Derek F.
Quaint, homey, and delicious! Such a pleasant breakfast/lunch experience. I had "The dude" and my girlfriend had the turkey panini. Both were amazing. And try a muffin grilled, that was great too. If you like a funky, laid back, beachy atmosphere, this place is the spot!

Amazing family operated small shop ! Everything is made to order fresh , service is excellent !
(5)Aimee M.
Great food and service. The outside picnic tables are the perfect spot for a relaxing morning coffee and breakfast sandwich.
(5)Laurel B.
Yelp did not lead us astray! Great little sandwich shop! We had the grilled cheese panini with bacon and a pastrami breakfast sandwich. Both were incredible!
(5)Arielle H.
We went to this local cafe simply because its name. Our family is from kokomo, Indiana. The service was great and the food was amazing. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. I think I had the dude sandwich, which was a breakfast sandwich and a latte. Definitely will be returning!!

Cold crummy rainy day in Fla so we drove to Flagler Beach for coffee and light bfast. Found the Kokomo Cafe and were very pleased. We had bfast sandwiches and coffee. Good coffee, sandwiches and service. On a better day we would have had bfast on the front deck but not on this lousy day. If we are back in this town we surely would return.

Loved this cafe. We stumbled upon it quite accidentally and they have fabulous coffee, home made rolls, croissants and great blueberry muffins. PLUS the service was terrific and so friendly. Don't pass this by
(5)Peter W.
Pretty good sandwich shop - no complaints. Fun atmosphere and you're only one block from the ocean. I had a "Cowabunga" sandwich ($8-ish) loaded with bacon, ham, and beef. My wife had a Tuna sandwich ($7-ish) and she enjoyed it. Deserts are home made - we had the chocolate cake ($3-ish) - very good.
(4)Michelle O.
Nice little place right off A1A. Best chicken salad sandwich I've had in ages! We'll be back.
(5)Lynn G.
I am vegetarian and tried their veggie sandwich - very disappointing. Overpriced for what I got and it really lacked flavor.
(2)Jared R.
Love it! Kokomo's has a beach life and nautical themed ambience. It is usually quiet and welcoming. This family friendly business is a gem in Flagler Beach. Indoors or outdoors, there's always a comfortable spot to sit back sip an espresso and grind some ono eats.
(5)Tom M.
Nice little spot off of Flagler Beach, with friendly folks and a nice selection of yum sandwiches. Nice quaint atmosphere and easy parking. We had the turkey club and "kawabunga sandwich" with a side of their great blue cheese dressing and fresh jalapenos. Had a great slice of Blackberry pie to finish off. I'd recommend this spot!
(5)Jennifer R.
Awesome breakfast! Stopped here with some friends before a beach day. Owners were very sweet and attentive. I had the breakfast samich with egg, cheese, sausage and red onion on a pressed Cuban bun. YUMMO! Also tried a friends pastrami breakfast samich, also awesome! The pastry window looked fabulous as well. Very friendly owners and stellar food! Will definitely return!!! 5 stars
(5)Brian G.
Great breakfast spot. Got a sfogliatelle and it was wonderful. Right next to the beach and not crowded. We came because they have gluten free bread for my wife.
(5)Robert F.
Awesome food! The 5 cheese panini with blue cheese sauce, cowabunga sandwiches were very tasty! Finish it off with a piece of chocolate ganache for dessert.

Drove from Palm Coast to get a decent latte and discovered Kokomos Cafe..This is a casual family owned and operated establishment right in the center of Flagler Beach. All foods, while simple, are freshly made to order. Had a great latte, great sandwich and delicious homemade fruit pie that was excellent...Prices are very reasonable. Will be going be back.
(5)Bob R.
Great place to have a great sandwich. Food and atmosphere is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Me and my wife had the cowabunga sandwich. It's the best. Can't wait to come back.
(5)Kim W.
I enjoyed breakfast at Kokomo's immensely! The cafe con leche and breakfast sandwich were terrific! The people are warm and friendly and the restaurant is clean. A real treasure in Flagler Beach!
(5)Brittany W.
A wonderful casual lunch spot! The latte special was "The Turtle" with caramel and chocolate. Yum! They have sprouted bread and amazing homemade pickles. Great fresh ingredients, all served with a smile. We'll definitely be back!
(4)Elizabeth V.
My fiancé gets the cowabunga and LOVES it! Too much for me so I get the tuna melt and holy cow...out of this world!! The best tuna salad I've ever tasted with melted provolone cheese on a crusty roll. Mmmm...perfection! On our second visit the owner knew our orders when we walked in the door. Completely. Down to our drinks and specifications. He knows my fiancé wants no horseradish on his Cowabunga, and I like my melt with not tomato or field greens. (Though they're both delicious as they come on the menu!) Don't miss this restaurant if you're ever on Flagler Beach! We've tried every local lunch place and this wins. Hands down!!
(5)Darren N.
Wonderful little, cozy cafe with beautiful views of the ocean. Had one of the best breakfast sandwiches ever, "the dude". The Portuguese roll that it is served on is one of the best rolls you could ever had a sandwich on. We are certainly looking forward to going back for lunch. If your in Flagler beach Kokomo's is a must go!!
(5)Catherine N.

My husband and I visited this place several times while we we on vacation in Florida and I just have to say that the food is amazing. I had the Tuna as well as the Club panini and they were both delicious! Hot tip: get the blue cheese on the side as a dipping sauce for the Club Panini, it is soo good!
(5)John W.
This is a wonderful Flagler Beach cafe. I don't care if it is for coffee or something to eat. The owners and staff are a delight. If visiting the Farmers Market or just in the village, stop in. They are part of the reason, Flagler Beach is one of "America's Coolest Small Towns according to BudgetTravel.com . it is in the top 15!
(5)Robert C.
Good coffee. Sinful desserts.
